Well those KVA are pretty much the black version of your gray pair.
But go for the Silent sneaks and let me know how's the sizing.

Hidden behind that frog is a really nice pair of guidis which is a no brainer, of course you should trade up from CPs to those.

I have a pair of the silent Astilbe hi tops(Was that what they were called?). They're a 42. I wear a 41 in CP and 8 1/2 in rachel comey if that helps you.

How wide are the Silents? I can fit in some size 41 CPs but more often than not they are too narrow so I always size up.
