Brushed. Polished finishes almost always look cheap.

Depends on the kind of watch. Casual brushed, dress polished. Coincidentally my Panerai (PAM 86) is brushed too; but my Stowa (same M. O. with roman numbers) is polished.

That is traditional chinese. It's made in Tian Jin in China.

I think he was referring to the characters, which are in simplified, NOT traditional chinese
