Agreed. But he seemed a lot more baked this time round. He messed up his line in almost every sketch and there were a few time he completely missed the beat.

Anywho, favorite was opening and the masturbating dog bit.

The monologue was OK, but I liked the last time he hosted better. The O'Douls/gaylord joke was gold. The whole tearing off poster-sized pads of paper is a little old these days.

The scared straight skits are always funny, haha.

Who the **** is Jesse J?

...

With Galafinakis, I have no doubt he was solid. I saw him open for Jeaneane Garofalo many years back and he was a tough act to follow.

I don't get her appeal, Tomas.

It was a concession to the Mrs, who bought the tickets. I don't think much of JG: her humor is bitter like coffee left on the burner too long.

Man, that sucks. When I get married, we're only going to do things that I want to do.

I know the day is young, but I don't see anyone topping this statement today. You, sir, win the internet.

Been actively watching since about the same age. I started watching just for the hope of seeing Wayne's World every week. I think it's funny how as you grow up your perspective on the show completely changes. When I was 12 I only got about 1/3 of Dennis Miller's jokes on Weekend Update. Today, I don't get any of his jokes.

The dog sketch was incredible. I love when there's a gem buried deep at the end of the show.

I also didn't realize that there really is a show called The Talk and that the real Sarah Gilbert is part of the cast. I am quite surprised that a network that dominates Prime Time as much as they do cannot come up with anything in the a.m. I think we're a couple of months away from them just showing the test pattern for three hours everyday.

Sir Elton hosting.
Anyone know if this is "all new" or recorded?
Regardless, I'm expecting a lot of ****-nuss and hilarity.
