Every type of workout shorts that I've tried on feels like I have flags waving from my thighs. Granted, I have rather skinny thighs. Can anyone recommend some workout shorts that fit slim in the thigh? Thanks

I'm 6'1 42" chest 32" inseam 34" waist I have a sleeve length of about 36/37" who makes some nice casual button down shirts that will fit me properly?

The problem I have is that an L shirt fits in the chest & waist, but the sleeves are too short, while an XL has the proper length sleeves, but the chest & waist are far too big.

Thanks for any help.
