I dunno, it could be the lighting, but that shirt color and or tone looks a lot like those Express shirts that come in metallic blue colors. I've noticed deeper blue color shirts don't get much love on here, or any dark colors for that matter.

looks like a pale-to-mid-blue rather than dark to me? But I have a rather poor laptop screen, so...
