I love lambos. I kind of agree about the plastic though.... It has very little place on a car that costs as much as a lambo does. I also wonder about the shape of the edge of the seats. It seems very form over function to me.

The exterior is ******* sexy though.

The thing with Lamborghini is I WANT to like them more than Ferrari...but I just don't. To me, nothing they've made in the last ~40 years has aged all that well.

Some Ferraris have not aged well either.

I don't disagree (I'm looking at you, F50!), but on the whole I think they fare much better than Lambos in that respect.

Honestly, I think the "plasticky" bit is in people's heads.

Who's sat in a modern Lambo interior? They're GOOD. Really really good, at least in terms of feel and solidity.

Much better than Ferrari, IMO. This figures of course, since Audi interiors are terrific and Lamborghinis are basically Audis with Italian V12's. (except the Gallardo, which is really just an Audi).

At any rate, I'd give the interior the benefit of the doubt until people have actually been in it.

Anyone think that Lambo might have ... borrowed from Papa Audi? Particularly where interface navigation is concerned.

All of the switchgear and interior hard parts are Audi, and it's just like the **** I had in my A4 several years ago already, but honestly, it's functional and the switchgear isn't why I'd buy a Lambo, I'd buy a Spyker if all that got me off was knurled metal knobs. Ferrari for a long time had the Momo SRS steering wheel that Honda was also putting in the Civic Type-R, and you don't see F-car dudes calling their cars Hondararris, right?

having a few Audi parts in the dash is, IMO, a good thing. It means they'll work.
