A friend grabbed this for me at an estate sale. No tags anywhere and the only info they had was that is was made in the Netherlands, sometime perhaps in the 50's. But it is really awesome. Super Heavy wool and lots of handwork.

The family is taking a trip to Macc first week of march...time to stock up on pocket squares and a tie or two if I see something during a trip to the silk museum.

BTW - one stop today at a new location...bunch of mid-level stuff and I passed on 2 Robert Talbot Best in Class ties and a Gorgio Armani (collozioni) dress shirt but did manage to pick up a good Zegna tie at a decent price....not sure I'm keeping it though....

Still have them if anyone's keen - UK6.5.

What's the width on the C&J's? I'm a 6.5 G.

I think your right. I initially assumed pants measurements would work the same as jackets, but the more research I did, the more I'm convinced this is not the case.

That fabric would be fine for an interview. Only slightly less formal than a solid gray, but nobody's going to care.

The HF is worth the money if it fits you well and you'll wear it. It's questionable if it needs a lot of alterations, and definitely not worth picking up to flip.

There is 1 interior tag on the pocket opposite the label pocket.

its just a blank label where those other suits would have something written with a oil pen or something

the suit is a dark brown. its my first non charcoal or navy suit. IDK how to wear this.

Oh, I forgot to mention above. I found a large quantity of bespoke garments belonging to this gentleman, who is nowhere near my size:

After careful consideration, I listed about half of the neckties I bought in that recent epic haul on eBay, along with quite a few of my own. Started them all at $7.90 (including all the NWT Borrellis and such), shipping is free if you buy more than one. They're all up here.
