whats the difference between the $1600 suit and the 2100 suit aside from about $500

is it that some of the seasonal varieties are just more than the staple colors?

The solids are priced lower and never (or very rarely) go on sale. The stripes and patterns of the seasonal variety are priced higher and go on fairly deep discount at the end of the season.

retail on rlbl suits went up about 400 dollars across the board. this season. We went from selling them from 1595 to 1995. Could be the cheaper of the two are left overs from previous season.

? The staple color suits are still 1.6k on the website. Edit: and it looks like the tux is finally with peak lapels.

They've always had the tux with peak lapels, it's just not always on their website (though for some reason they offer it with pocket flaps...). This past season they had four tuxes in-store, the OB peak, the OB shawl, the TB notch and the DB.
