Just store the jar upside down. All of the oil that gets separated will float to the bottom of the jar, and when you flip it back over to open, the butter at the top will be relatively well-mixed. Be careful though, some jars leak when flipped over.Originally Posted by Kyoung05

sounds like the Krispy Kreme phenomenon. here in cali we take them as a regular part of our existence ... no big deal. they are usually somewhat crowded (they only do small stores) but they open new lines whenever more than 2-3 people are waiting. the real nightmare is their parking lots, which seem always to be specially engineered for maximum inefficiency.Originally Posted by foodguy
