CoQ10

I use it but I run a lot, so it's hard to say where it helps. I will say that when I added CoQ10, ALA, and fish oil, I got a lot less tired through the day even during heavy training. I'm told it was the ALA that made the difference, though.

CoQ10 as a supplement is useless.

I take it, but sometimes wonder why at this point. People that take statin drugs should take CoQ10. But years ago I stopped taking a statin because of side effects. Now I control my cholesterol levels naturally. Out of habit though I still take CoQ10. Statin drugs and Coenzyme Q10 http://heartscanblog.blogspot.com/se...coenzyme%20Q10

cq10 isn't useless, but you'd be better off spending your money on something else.
