Ah this is the only Spalla aproved Luca's suit , my next one would have pink/red/ burgundy pinstripe over blue. I got one ( on the next page ) similar.

My god when I commissioned a few things in Naples a while back, Luca was a senior school kid with jeans and tee shirts......

Vintage fabric can look good. I recently had a bowtie made up in 18c silk. Sadly it's very delicate.

Vintage fabrics can be great but not in his particular case...

He is actually quite a nice guy...

I met him one or twice and he was easy to talk to...

The same for his sister..

She is quite nice...
