Yah the whole suit was farfetch but he is "smart". Plus his first attempt was that pajama spider suit so give it a pass.

If you remember earlier in the film, he wore a pretty ****** costume against Bonesaw. The death of his uncle must have sparked his inner sartor.

Aren't we also led to believe he was bitten by a radioactive spider and got super powers from it?

As far as suspension of disbelief is concerned, I'm pretty ok with the whole suit thing.

I wonder how un-enjoyable the movie experience is if you analyze every single thing. Rambo, are you also one of those guys who keep yelling in the theaters, "Don't open the door! The killer is the butler! Oh you know he gonna die!"

That's a whack spider logo on his back...Not really digging his new outfit...Even though they are trying to make a fresh look on the storyline.

They are modeling the look and feel -- and, presumably, the storyline -- on the Ultimate Spiderman series, which was a comic book reboot launched several years back. That outfit looks a lot like the Ultimate outfit. I've never cared much for the rebooted look, but I'm just pointing it out.

Have never actually read any of the Ultimate books, as I don't read comic books anymore.

But I've played a few of the related video games -- some of which are really ******* fun, despite the cartoony aesthetics of the new Spidey look.
