Santoni selection @ Santa Eulalia

Mayol Zapateria

What line of Santoni are the shoes on the middle shelf. I really like the the double monks and the shoes to their left, but I am unfamiliar with the quality. Goodyear Welt? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My favorite is Dark Oak for them though.

LR,

Those double monks are indeed Goodyear constructed, on sale at the time for €380. The ones to the left are probably Blake construction.

I have a pair of black Corthay wingtips that have a touch of burgundy in them and that is a bit much for me. Many friends tell me I am missing out on the brown thing, but I just feel that black shoes look cleaner and more "striking". I have nothing against them and I appreciate them when I see them, but to me I think almost anything, in particular suit-wise looks better with black shoes. Maybe I am just afraid that it will become yet another addiction...

+1. I have to go to NYC to try on to see which lasts work best. Well, of course, I don't go there just for the shoes.

Hi, first time poster long time lurker here. I've just received my pair of Bally Made-to-Measure Scribe shoes last week and am posting their pictures here.

I know Bally (at least the regular line) doesn't get much love from this forum but I'm a big fan of their styling.

For this particular pair, I love the way they were painted. Also, compared to the RTW Scribe that I have, they seem MUCH lighter. Almost like walking around with cardboard shoes. Still, they feel very solid. I'm really happy with my purchase.

$30? I've gotten a couple peals on the bay for around $150 but that is just ridiculous.
