The outerwear and the shirts fit TTS in my opinion. I wear smalls across the boards except for BoO where I'm a medium and I wear a small in the shirts and outerwear. People have said to size down in shirts and they must be mad skinny, since they fit well in normal size, as slim as I like. Yes, I have 17" shoulders (perhaps a tad bit smaller?) and take a 15" for neck. My neck's a bit large for my chest size, but it fits like any other 15/38 that I have.
