Did you bother reading a few pages back or a few posts up? (Those pictures not labeled as F/W are S/S)
It would actually take you less effort to just write yes or no. I've looked through here and several websites and it seems they are F/W, but I'm hoping S/S. If anyone cares to elaborate please let me know.
Hmm. No offense but how long have you been following the brand? Considering their 'humble' beginnings and their early identity crises I'm just glad they're putting out product. The brand is built around wearable basics, interesting proprietary fabrics, and a slim cut at relatively 'affordable' prices. For someone who seemingly bought all of last season you're pretty critical of a brand that is never going to be what you seem to want them to be. I'm perfectly happy with their direction and can't wait to get my hand on more jackets and hoodies.
I noticed the sweatpants are back at Blackbird. I read the thread but didn't find any sizing info on these.. I'm a 30 in W+H chinos and shorts (which actually measure closer 33" as you all know). Should I buy a Small or Medium? Also, do the ties at the hem have metal ends on them? I've seen this done too many times and always wonder WTF?

Thanks Slack
I still think the S/S pieces we haven't gotten a good look at (some of the lighter weight pants, and shorts - as again, I favor the pants and shorts) will be great and I'm going to be insta-kopping a lot of those as soon as available at my preferred domestic stockist. As for a brand that is never going to be what you seem to want them to be.-- honestly, I'm not exactly sure myself what I want them to be but it would be nice to see a few style variations (while still sticking to core design philosophies) outside of minute alterations to the same fabric cut from the same cloth of the season prior (e.g. the double layered crewneck and black chambray shorts of season past.... with newly added back cinch)..
Thanks Slack
Just to clear a few things up, it's really difficult to be judging this collection based off of the lookbook and a couple of trade show picturess from 6 months ago. As usual, there will be a handful of new fabrics (a lot of linen blends) and some reworking of past ones. The double layer jersey shows up a few times again, which i'm happy about. That cardigan with the patches is a cotton "meshknit" and the close up of the cinchback is actually the back of a pair of pants which are made out of a Japanese cotton/linen blend. These pieces should start hitting shops within a couple weeks, so it's probably worth holding off speculation until then.
