How should I clean and polish Alden Cigar Shell chukkas and indys? Alden recommends just wiping with a damp cloth, is this enough to nourish leather? I know they advise against neutral polish and cream polish in general. Any firsthand experience?

Alden's recommended method really works. I've followed it for years with lots of success.

Check AAAC for the Mac method.
