Looks to be some sort of herringbone or twill stripes.

I've seen some similar Isaia which they refer to as a shadow stripe I believe.

I think it's herringbone, which often looks like shadow-stripe from a distance but is quite different close-up.

The only reason why I didn't think it looked to be a traditional herringbone is that usually, herringbone alternates in pattern like so:

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
////////////
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
////////////

This one seems to look like this:

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Don't get me wrong. I am not doubting your knowledge. I'm just clarifying what I see. I had to kind of strain my eyes and magnify the image a bit to see what was going on.

Okay, I'm just going to go with Sanguis Mortuum. Looks like a herringbone. My eyes hurt now for staring too much at this picture

Here is the effect: J.J Minnis' Dorchester range.

I wasn't saying that it wasn't herringbone, just that it had a shadow stripe sort of effect on top of that.

Well, it might have, but my point was that it probably doesn't have any shadow stripe effect on-top of it, it's just a herringbone; that's just what herringbone tends to look like in photos or from a distance.
