Looking for suit brands with NO padding

I found that a blue label Polo 2 cut fits PERFECT for me with just a little waist suppression. I asked on here if I could get my Polo 2 suit copied exactly by a MTM or bespoke guy when I go to Asia and was told that the super soft shoulder (basically non-existent shoulder padding) is very difficult to replicate and I'm better off buying the RTW suits since I'm lucky enough to fit into it so well.

I think the Polo 2 cut is no longer widely available (at least everywhere I look), especially in 40R in staple/conservative colors. Any other brands/lines/cuts I should look at to get that same exact shoulder? I'm looking for that exact fit and not really concerned with things like super high end construction/full canvas/etc.

Thanks.

I still see Polo 2 in stores, though I think the Polo 1 is more common at the moment. The Polo 1 is the same cut but with 2 buttons instead of 3. Unfortunately the staple Polo 1 suits usually have a single vent, not double.

That's great to hear. I'm in NYC, I sent you a PM if you're willing to discuss specifics privately.

Anyone else out there seeing them sold in stores near you (staples, light conservative patterns)? I'd be willing to pay a lil extra if someone is willing to serve as a proxy for any Polo blue label 39r, 40r, or 41r suits.

Try it - some HK tailors will copy a garment.
