Yeah, those are awesome, as long as you don't have a car. Due to the coating of the windshield they will not work inside of a car, so you'll still need regular sunglasses. Plus most people are looking for quite different designs in sunglasses than in optical glasses. They're also inconvenient when driving a convertible as you'll still have to change to different glasses when going into a tunnel, as they take too long to get non-tinted again. In addition I think they always go dark when it's seriously cold, due to the principle how they work (which responds not only to UV light but also temperature). So not really a choice for winter. I wouldn't like my glasses go dark when I hop into my car at 7 in the morning.
