i was a marsupial and put some baileys in one once. I STILL cant get the taste out

At most liquor stores they have a disposa-flask, a cheap plastic flask you can sneak in anywhere. Pass metal detectors, lose it at the bar, no worries.

Reviving an old thread as to not create a new one.

Looking for a nice flask, I saw one in a magazine (Esquire, GQ, or something...) and it had like a round cylinder flask that look pretty cool.

Looking mainly to store Vodka and nothing else in it.

Suggestions?

Hip flask shape fits better in pockets....

I have one that an ex-girlfriend purchased for me in london. It is a smaller one (it is basically square...so 4oz?) but it fits the bill so long as you aren't trying to get drunk off of it alone. Plenty to keep you going after you have already started or after the good booze runs out at a party.

Dug it out on saturday for the first time in a long while--put an anejo tequila in it and brought it to a BYOB comedy club to drink along with the beers. before that, it was probably filled with the slightly higher proof Mount Gay Extra Old that you can only grab in barbados.

Now this is a good idea, I need one one of those.

I currently get cheap stainless steel ones, that cost around £7, which I fill with either Jim Beam or Jameson and take to over-priced bars, rugby games and long walks, but I usually loose them, or get them confiscated...

Don't have one, but i'd fill with Laphroaig QC, and take nice long walks with it.

Got a big, cheap stainless steel hip flask some time ago. Usually filled with JW Red Label or Green Mark Vodka to help me get through the work days...

Usually JW Black or Gold label. Maybe I'll start putting other drinks in, maybe a cognac.

Anyone suspect you?

I worked in an office that was hit pretty bad by the "Bros icing bros" craze of 2009. We had to move around a whole wing for remodeling one Friday and found a few bottles in strange places, never found by bros.

I have one flask to date. It came in one of those "gift box" type things when I bought a bottle of Jack. Actually it was two. Branded on the front but oh well.

It's always been filled with some type of whiskey and taken to events with expensive drinks(hotel parties, wedding, games, some restaurants).

I don't take too many walks in LA and drive a car so never have used it for public transportation, although public transportation is so bad in LA i'd imagine it would be a necessity.

I keep citrus vodka in my flask. Tastes good by itself, also good added to a lot of stuff.

Glass and leather hip flask with Mount Gay rum, it's a winner. Nothing beats having some rum around a fire in winter with some mates.
