You might be the only person I've ever heard of going to Prague to look for Guinness.

Guinness? The most diluted beer at pubs. Black watery liquid with almost no taste.

Has anyone had Lucky Bastard or Double Bastard? Worth buying the 22oz bottle? I like Arrogant Bastard and was wondering if I should try the other 2 varieties (they have them at Whole Foods).

Morton Williams on 2nd ave and 46th street (or maybe 47th)

I was under the impression you could get them for around $10 at a Total Wine/Total Beverage if you have those in the NE.

I liked their XS Imperial Red quite a bit. Also John John.

Thanks! I will go buy one of each.

Thus far I have tried...

Arrogant Bastard
Stone IPA
Imperial Russian Stout

Liked all 3. Whole Foods has Ruination IPA, Lucky Bastard, Double Bastard and some kind of Stone Porter. Going to give them all a try.

I like Stone quite a lot. For San Diego breweries I prefer Ballast Point, Ale Smith and even Coronado Brewing Company has been kicking ass these last several years. Of course, they probably don't carry these at the Whole Foods on your side. If they do, don't hesitate.

It's probably been mentioned already in this thread, but Dogfishhead Raison D'Etre is currently pleasantly and deliciously impairing my faculties.
