I need some hair tips and advice on how to achieve this type of hair style. Currently, my natural hair is extremely THICK, CURLY, WAVY & FRIZZY. I do not own any hair products besides basic shampoo/conditoner that I use in the shower. Any advice and tips would be great! Thanks!

Can you post a pic of your current hair?

Sounds like you might need something to slightly straighten your curls?

Here's a few pics of my hair. Please excuse the lousy cropping.

That's my hair right after a shower w/ shampoo. No combing, no gels, no conditioner, nothing.

You may have to soften your hair by having steam treatment.

Get a Brazilian Keratin treatment to straighten your hair. Expensive, though. Look it up on youtube.

My understanding is that stuff makes your hair completely straight. Not sure if it would do him any good here.

My ex used to get her hair chemically straightened. Its not impossible for you to get that hairstyle, but I'm guessing you'd need to flatten it out with something and THEN add some movement on top of that with sculpting putty
