I like his aggressive plaids, not something I (or most) would wear but it's his style. The flower print sport coats seem a bit like self-parody, though.

He goes to fabricland and picks out drapery fabrics that he thinks look cool, and takes them to his tailor. Self parody looks like his normal attire. A few more from teh google:
