whats the material? if it doesn't look too poofy like the pic, then yes it would look good as long as you're confident when you rock it

@chasingred: Give up on the tie, bro- it's ******* ugly. Do you really want to walk around with the "I have a boa constrictor tied around my neck" look? I think not. Furthermore, jeans and a tie? Don't be that guy.

@tozzy: Skip both, what's you're price range? Maybe we can help you avoid the Paul Bunyan look- unless of course you have a blue ox, beard, and an affinity for that sort of thing.

I think jeans and a tie can work if you use a matching tie as a belt. Great way to dress up jeans and be edgy.

I tuck my pants into my loafers, so you should be good with those.

Ok some high tops help needed. I wanna pick up 2 from the following, the first 2 have some panels in cow leather and the 3rd one has polyurethane panels. Which 2 do you think?

Dude, take this with a grain of salt because I'm still feeling this all out too (AKA still a noob). However, you're asking whether or not you should buy a, what, $30 gray hoody zip-up from Uniqlo? I know this sounds like complete brand snobbery, but this isn't exactly something you should be too stressed about buying if you're looking for a grey hoody - simple **** from a brand that is cheap and has a good fit. If you want a simple grey hoody zip-up, get it. If you don't, don't.
