Considering it is around -10 here, I think it is time I bought a winter jacket.

I want something to keep me warm, but I am sick of seeing Canada Goose jackets.

What does SF think of this years Mooseknuckles Sterling Parka...

BTW, this would be worn with mostly jeans and a pair of Red Wing Boots, if that makes any difference...

Thanks in advance.

my friend has one, it's toasty warm

but it's still an ugly bloated n-2/3b

if you plan on wearing it with jeans and red wings then you will not look like anything special if that's what you're wondering

Where do you live? I tried this jacket on, it's more fitted than CG but in my opinon not as warm. Then again I didin't test it out with the temps being -22 C though.

All the MooseKnuckle stuff I've seen has been overpriced, not very stylish, and it's got that gigantic rubber godawful "moose knuckle" emblem on it. I would pass, there are lots of other companies that make much more tasteful winter stuff.

Did you look at the CG japan stuff? Nicer than the regular Canada Goose offerings. Uncle Otis, Over The Rainbow, and Holt Renfrew all sell the CG Japan in Toronto.
