5 miles, this morning. A great run the morning after the Red Wings' great victory over Les Habitants. (It is a tragedy that Detroit and Montreal meet so rarely. There was a sizable number of fans wearing the Canadiens jersey.) Getting ready for the Big Chill in Michigan Stadium--110,000+ at a collegiate hockey game. This afternoon, temps should climb to the mid 30s so it will be a mild Big Chill.

Fugazi is really great running music!

I also sometimes like Bolt Thrower.

Today I will listen to Scriabin, Budos Band, Whitefield Bros, and Neko Case.

I've been off and on with them, but I recently got The Argument and liked it a lot - then I picked up a couple of their live CD's which are raw but very energetic.

another 8 miles, this time in 1:00:47. Expected to run a bit slower since it was a bit cooler and I still had to recover from yesterday's run.
