Are recent Polo by Corneliani suits generally fused construction?

I found a beautiful Polo Ralph Lauren suit with the Corneliani label which seemed to be fused. Every other aspect of the suit was great with the excption of this. My older Polo suits are not fused. Does anybody know if this is common for the recent Polo suits? I want to know whether to take them off my radar.

THANKS.

Based on researching this site and personal experience it matters less whether there is fusible in the suit as to how it fits/looks on you and how much you like it.

I don't know if they are fused or not, but all of mine are really nice...and I also have pleny of the older, non-fused Made in the USA stuff too. I like the Corneliani better.

I did a vigorous pinch test and compared it to the sleeves. Im not an expert, but Im 99% sure it was fused.

Anybody have a better test.

Dude, just do the lancet test, it will give you 100 % assurance.

Although I have only seen and tried on a couple of suits by Corneliani, the love for them on this forum is a bit of a mystery to me.

Is this the Corneliani suits or the PRL by Corneliani?

The OP was talking about the RL Polo line suits made by Corneliani which are cut very different from Corneliani's own self branded line. The RL stuff is awesome, zero shoulder padding (which is hard to find in RTW) and can often be bought on heavy discount. Fused or not RL rules.

The Polo suits still must at least have canvassing in the lapels. The Polo 3-button jackets (Polo II and Polo IV models) roll to the middle button, and that's not possible without canvas.

I'm not believing that until I hear it from a tailor (the can't roll unless half-cavassed stuff).

Search this forum or AAAC. I read it somewhere. If the new Polo suits are completely fused, it's the first I've ever seen that didn't have a flat lapel.
