Then when you hang them to dry - use the hangers with clips and hang them " upside down " by the cuffs ... That way the indigo can run away from the cuffs more ..
Not the TOTAL solution but it still works well ..


vinegar does not set indigo dye.

i have apc new standards and im completely new to all this.
so in order to stop my jeans from bleeding onto my suede clark desert boots or ice sperrys

i would soak my jeans inside out in warm water?
how long do i soak for?
do i dry first then let soak it again?

I would not buy jeans off of someone that had duct tape residue on the inside of the hem.

The correct answer is "*******" plus a rag dipped in clear vinegar every so often.

Duct taping the inside of your jeans makes me think of those people who put rubber bands on their legs to ride a bicycle.
