Great options... for me personally: Port > AT > Mark XVI. Don't get me wrong, the XVI is a really nice watch. But the Portuguese and AT are pretty versatile.

Yeah, I thought it might be an EZM3 but wasn't sure given the angle of the shot.

Is that 34mm? I would be all over that if it were 36, but 34 will be too small. What year is that one?

Me too. Saw it in a shop today- it's even nicer up close than it's photos suggest. Very few new watch designs move me, but this one looks like an instant classic. Great size too.

I agree, the size is perfect, much better than the Alarm version (although the features of that one are much better, and the price higher).

I reviewed in my blog were you can see more pictures if interested.

Ir is really comfortable. I would love to buy the rubber brazelet, but it is too expensive.

the vintage oyster date? its 34mm. they wear bigger, though. mine appears larger than my explorer 1, because it has a bright silver face rather than the black of the explorer.

Rolex Day-Date 18k (1963). This was a gift from my grandfather as he was the original owner, I took off the band to check the serial number in order to date it. Will be sending this baby in to get serviced sometime this year.

Yes it is. Your Day-Date looks beautiful. It should look like new when it gets back from service.
