Hey. So, I'm trying to locate an advertisement I once saw, but I can't remember wear I saw it. In fact, in its time, I saw it in several fashion publications. But I can't find it now. It was a Ralph Lauren Purple Label advertisement, in which you had a massive room with a high ceiling and lots of light. There was a large clock with roman numerals propped on some type of ledge. A man was leaning on the wall, and he was wearing a top hat and a tailcoat. I believe he may have been holding a pair of gloves. It's referenced here as well. Alternatively, I recently saw a photo (I believe in Robb Report) with several morning/evening formal wear combinations, including a tailcoats by RLPL, Canali, and Kiton (I think). If you can get that for me, I'd appreciate that too. Thanks!

This was in the RLPL Fall 2009 mailing insert if im not mistaken and was featured in several magazines around that period.... Are you looking for an actual copy of the ad or just a picture of it?

Either would work! Can you provide either? Thanks!

It's on the first few pages of the September 2008 issue of Men's Vogue. I have that copy in front of me right now . . . but I don't have a scanner. Sorry.

I don't own a camera. Nor do I own a cellphone that has a camera feature. Nor do I own a cellphone.

I'm not joking.

Better question: How do you not have any consumer electronics made after 2004? Everything has a camera on it.

Weird, right? Anyhow, I still need it. It's my last resort for selling my tux. My pictures suck, but that ad is oh so sweet!

One site member PM'd me yesterday and told me he had the ad and that he'd take a picture and send it to me that night. I was excited and grateful so I told him that I appreciated it and out of gratitude I'd give him 10% off of all of my posted sales should he want to get anything. Not only didn't he respond then, but he didn't send the pic and hasn't responded to my reminder today either. And I see him online (several posts today, in fact...). I'm puzzled!
