I'd say the whole aesthetic has become a lot more refined since then, as one would expect.

I posted some pics from 10 years ago in a a similar sw&d thread a few years ago. I don't know where the pics or that thread is now. My casual style hasn't changed a whole lot, except I used to wear leather jackets more and I never do now, and I dress up a lot more now. I have and wear a lot of the same pieces, especially the sweaters.

UrbanComposite - anyone ever tell you you look a lot like Clive Owen in that pic?

10 years ago? I was in middle school. A lot of Quicksilver, Billabong, cargo pants, and Air Jordans.

I still have that watch - has massive sentimental value.

10 years ago I fell on either side of stone/lizard-print loafers, jeans and untucked French cuff shirts with leather jackets or neoprene and sunburn...

10 years ago? The following was a little over a year ago before finding SF:

Too loose pleated Dockers.
Big blousy dress shirts from Macy's.
Square toed shoes.
Shiny print ties licensed by Jerry Garcia's descendants.

Still a ton to learn, but I've found a great tailor, I'm making better choices in style and fit, and I'm enjoying the process immensely...
