Sportie has gone into the shop for some serious mods. SE mufflers, heat shields, air cleaner, brown leather springer seat, pegs.. I am PSYCHED!!!

I saw one like mine at the HD dealer with some of the above, and I must say, I was impressed.. I won't mod the Dyna, I promise..

I figure 2013.

12 parcel development, two had been built out, one was under construction. The under construction has been trying to sell for 1.something million for over a year. Bank just took it back and is selling it for 650k. There goes my comps for a very long time. No one is going to finance a new build near that foreclosure for years.

What's plan B?

Saw a Royal Enfield in the wild today, parked on the street of all places (it has been in the 20s or 30s for a couple of weeks now). Very nice. They've really captured the vintage look of these bikes well.
