Well uh since in mainstream American society (and many subcultural societies) consumption has become a primary leisure activity, I guess "dressing your lifestyle" means "further attempting to define yourself through your purchases" which basically means "wearing clothes".

I'm not even going to mention a certain poster by name, but even if you spend all your time in the woods, there's no reason to do that in a flannel and chinos, it's just a costume. Which is fine - my clothes are a costume, as are Fuuma's, etc.

LIST OF PEOPLE WHO DRESS THEIR LIFESTYLE: Ascetics, the pope, military personnel, members of a constantly performing marching band.
