I've seen the word refer to both hooded scarves and circle scarves.

I prefer "MÃ¶bius scarf", though.

circle scarf, circular scarf (knitted on circular needles, after all), tube scarf, infinity loop (the most stupid name of the bunch).
snood is a hood that can be a circular scarf when pulled down.

Just at the right places at the right time.

The AMP people come to my dorm building once a week.
They're supposed to give them out can by can but they're too lazy.

The Red Bull was just some huge drop of cases and you could take as many as you want.
