What wallet do you use?

The three things I carry in my pocket are cards/cash, phone, and keys. So my big problem was forgetting one or two of these in the morning.
This is the solution I came up with, and I have been using it for about a year now (this is version 2, version 1 I used for about six months).
It is perfect for me because it holds my iPhone, 7-10 cards, a few folded bills, and four keys in a swiss army knife style.
Currently designing version 3 to make it less bulky. . . but for now I can just grab one thing when I leave the house and I know I haven't left anything important behind.

Yeah, it does when I am wearing jeans,
. Current size is 2.5" x 4.5" and 1" thick depending on how many cards/bills I have in it. Of course that is why I am working on version 3!

I've been using a basic black bifold prada wallet for the last two years. Problem is, it destroys my cards. They are all bent and can't last more than six months without needing to be replaced.
Anyone have a good solution? I'd prefer to be able to keep my wallet in my back pocket, but sitting on it is obviously what is causing the bends.
Not really feeling the design of this - I prefer a basic bifold - but maybe it would keep my cards in better shape?
