Sent George a reply last night letting him know I'm looking for a boot similar to the Yuketen hunt boot or Quoddy Maine Woodsman and would love to see them put out something similar.

He responded:
Thank you for the question. Without giving away too much, I can say with
certainty that you will love what is on the way. Please hold out for the
boots - you will not be disappointed if you're looking for a hunt/maine
boot. Also, we will be priced better than our competition.

I'm excited to see what Oak Street has in store for us this month.

I'm a 9 Sperry, 8.5 Yuketen Angler Moc.

On a Brannock I measure 9 in my left foot and 8.7 on my right foot. George suggested I order a 9.

I don't have the shoes yet, so I can't comment beyond what George told me.

Exciting, looking forward to it!

Would you consider doing a chukka style boot in the future also?

Had you actually read this page while you scrolled down to reply, you'd have seen that OSB is releasing a boot later this month.
