Eh, something about the lapel looks off to me, its like an odd two/three button hybrid jacket. Texture looks a bit interesting but can't really from just one pic off the computer though.

the drape of that jacket seems odd to me... is it on the sample sale? I wouldn't risk not being able to return.

Not a huge fan of it. The lapels are super broad, which in and of itself is fine, but because of the button stance it's really stubby looking. Also looks like there's very little drop, though that could just be due to Yoox's picture-taking skills

What Kit said. The button stance is high, and the lapels are much too thick for my liking. Even if it's a slim fit (which I can't tell), that will make you look "rounder" if I'm visualizing it correctly.

I dunno man; would the world really be a worse place if ToJ made a MMM 5 zip replica?

But Drew wouldn't just copy it, if anything he'd take it and make it a real ToJ jacket and not a MMM 5-zip made by ToJ

Should I buy a pair of cordovan PTBs for $400? I know I'm unlikely to find a BNIB pair for less of that...but I'm having a hard time justifying the price. My most expensive pair is a pair of Trickers wingtips that I paid $300 for, and even that was a mental barrier.

^^ Definitely no if it's out of your price range. Can do much better.

These are nice, do they come in another colorway? I think something black would look better with your outfits.
