A lot of you guys look like you are holding back. There is no need for an interest check. I have bought 3 pairs and I am planning to pick up some more.
If I was you I would buy everything from a size 30-38, wool, cotton, linen,...

Ok. Ok. I've been buying Mabitex like crazy the last two days. Where's the love for the 36W guys? Damn, all you vegetarian 34s are killing me. I just thought we would see more offering in the 36W (52).

If I wasn't getting married in a few days, I'd be selling the **** out of these. Amazing pants.

Luckily, I was able to pick up a couple pair from my local Daffy's.

Honestly, the best pants ever.

Forgive me for being ignorant, but why are these pants so great? It's practically all I see on the front pages. They look great and everything, but I'm curious.

Fit extremely well. If you pay attention to the sizing, you can get the tapering that you want, and the seat size perfectly. Colors are great, prices are low, construction is 10x better than anything at its price point. Also a gateway drug into nicer pants like Pantas, Younts, etc. Be careful.

They also have a retail price of like $400.

I was actually going to return all the ones I decided not to keep, but if there really is that much interest I have a small pile of 46-48 (30-32ish) I can put up.

Does Mabitex even make a 28 waist--I've never seen a pair offered here in that size. If they do I would definitely buy some...

Judging by some of the pairs I passed on, some of the 46es measure around 29-30ish. They did have a couple of pairs of 44s.

I just trekked around Manhattan to both 57th street and the 45th street locations. Came away with one pair of pants - a light tan wool/cashmere blend.

From what I've been able to figure out, a regular 36/38 waist needs to buy a 40 in most of the cuts, and even those are not going to feel comfortable because of the ridiculous rise and tapered leg. Assuming that the name inside each pair of pants represents the cut/style, then the Otto is the only one that is close to a full cut with not so extreme tapering. I went with a 42 because I occassionally like a pair of winter flannels cut very baggy a la william powell. these will do nicely, especially at $49.99.

There's still a ton of cotton slacks at each of these locations, plenty of the crazy wool patterns, and a smattering of the quieter winter flannels in 34-38 sizes.

Happy hunting!
