Very nice. Especially like the austerity brogues. What color are they?

I'll admit there's some variation in terms of fit. The F last definitely fits best, it has the width and the smaller toe box that is just right for my feet. For the U last I went up half a size to get the width right and then use a thin insole to get the fit on par with the F last. The new Peter is fit wise the weakest, the toe box is a little too roomy and the instep is a hair lower than would be ideal, but neither of these compromises causes discomfort even after a full day wearing.

It's called 6125 or 'dark cognac', I think my favorite colour out of the vass palette.

that's the signature of these kind of shoes. trust me.

the instep, as you said, shouldn't be a problem with the open lacing.

for sheer variety of lasts and styles it's great. Not so good on showing different views and magnifications of one style. New Alfred Sargent site is exemplary
