James Bond buttoning bottom button

I'm watching dr. no, and james bond just buttoned the bottom button of his coat! Apparently he does not ready the forums

In the film with cary grant and audrey hepburn cary grant does this as well. I think some coats are cut for this.

In those days Connery was very rough around the edges and was schooled by Terrence Young. TY must have been on a tea break during that scene as he usually got things righ at least for the first few films. Bond's dinner jacket in Dr No looks good when he's sat at the table but horrible with flapping side vents when he gets up.
