I was wondering if anyone new where to find extra tall chinos or cords nothing to dressy something that I can wear around campus with a nice t shirt or button down. I'm 6'4 & around 160-165 lbs so I'm tall and very slim I'm usually 32 waist and 38 inseam. I've been looking for awhile and have been unable to find anything in my size the closest I've come are these chinos from topman :

http://www.topman.com/webapp/wcs/sto...7188&langId=-1

I might risk getting 32x36 but I rather not sag.

I also liked these 511 cords

http://us.levi.com/product/index.jsp...146845.3146858

but they only go up to 34 inseam

If you could help I'd really appreciate.

How are you built and how long are your legs? I am 6'4" and wear a 32" inseam in wool and 33" in cotton pants.

Have you inquired at Bill's khakis? They come with unfinished seams, don't know what the allowance us for a 32" waist.

Have several clients this height or over and 34 is the longest inseam measure.

Gap offers 38 inseams now.

That does seem disproportionately long for a man of your height. I'm an inch taller, and my legs are long for my height, and I only wear a 36.

Yeah like I said my legs are really long however I might be taller than 6'4" because I haven't measured myself since I was 17 (19 now). I'll check Gap however I bought 36 inseam from them last year and I didn't really like the fit wasn't slim enough.

Wow, 38 inseam is really long. My tailored inseam is usually 32.5"-33" and I'm 6'2" @ 155lbs. I usually have almost no or very little break.

Anyway, +1 for tailor store. A user here has used them and it turned out fine. Search for it in this forum.

Unhemmed Mabitex and Incotex are usually around 36-37". That might be the closest OTR option for you, since I've never seen pants with a 38" inseam.

Maybe, just maybe, try wearing the pants lower. Some people wear pants ridiculously high.
Or actually measure your inseam and post it.
