I am not offering my own nutritional advice, just saying other people's terrible advice is wrong. I'm not going to ever get into the argument of "are carbs bad or not?" with someone. I very much agree that eating a small (calorically negative) amount of terrible food is not a good way to lose weight, despite the fact that it will "work" if you're willing to feel like **** and be malnourished and **** your body.
