I need a recommendation for a couple of pairs of decent shorts for weightlifting/working-out, preferably from an online vendor. I would prefer something with pockets. Any recs?

My rec is not cheap but I love em. Nike dri-fits with ipod/nano pockets and chamois attached. Kinda specific but work very well for the gym or any kind of cardio. The chamois keeps the junk from moving, the nano pocket is great for music and they usually have an extra pocket for keys. Run about 40 bucks. Well worth it to me.

Target is being boycotted right now, do you have any other suggestions?

Are you looking for gym shorts too, Nosu, or are you the OP's political advisor?

qft My recommendation: under armor. Not because of the brand, I couldn't care less about that, I just think they make a good product.

That's atleast 33% priced up from their competitors. The hype is ridiculous.

I couldn't agree more, however I've never payed retail for their stuff (and I probably wouldn't). I just look for sales and when I find one, I stock up.

Definitely go with Nike Dri Fit shorts. You can usually find them discounted at TJ Maxx or Marshall's.
