I have a navy repp silk. Great shape. Makes a nice knot. Got it at a small men's shop in SF that's now defunct.

I sold a knit cashmere Petronius last year.

Horizontal stripe, but not a square end.

Very nice tie.

Coincidentally, just received one I purchased. Quite a lovely charcoal wool one.

Jonathan at fourinhand.com is a good source. I got a nice brown one last winter - comparable to the Naples makers.

I had never heard of the brand until I came across a bunch in Ian's (Shop the Finest) warehouse. I was able to handle a few and was impressed. He doesn't appear to offer them on his web site, but you can probably find them at his warehouse, if you found yourself in LA.
