I've got this leather jacket as a present and I like it
but when I look into the mirror, then the
way it sticks out on the front and rear freaks me out.
I'm 180cm and the jacket size 48, when I pull the zipper up it fits neatly
but wearing it open annoys the hell out of me.

It still has its price label, will the shape stay like this forever or should I return the jacket?

Forgot to mention that it's made of lamb-nappa, really soft and flat.
But I'm usually wearing a backpack at university, will the friction eventually demage the leather?

If it's that waviness that zippers get after a while bring it to a cleaner. I'm not too sure a normal crew has the equipment to press leathers but they more than likely do.

I don't think it's that bad. Who's going to look at you from the side anyway?

I meant like, who's going to be staring at him directly from the side, which seems to be the only problem (front and back look okay, though 3/4 views might help too)

don't see why he should keep a jacket where this is even a concern though. if there's a problem from half the angles someone could be looking at you from, should probably return it
