Thanks - yes, the Gieves & Hawkes navy monks. I love them more each time I wear them. Extremely comfortable too.

Did you use a different knot in your tie today? It seems fatter than usual, which works with the fit I think.

Business for 8 days, pleasure for 4 .. hopefully follow ups on a couple sartorial adventures for another 2. Wonderful country, women (hope the wife isnt reading SF ) and food.

thx Vox. btw - as a matter of an aside - the king of kuwait is staying in my hotel - probably on some floor i will never be able to even qualify to clean. the hotel rolled out the red carpet and everything for him. his motorcade was like 30 mercedes' deep.
