Thanks! Since then I moved to Carson City, Nevada, for a job at a charter high school that went bust this spring; and now to Korea, where I am living out my "international man of intrigue" fantasies even more than I thought I would. I feel akin to William Holden in a Love Is a Many-Splendored Thing, or Joel McCrea in Foreign Correspondent, or Mel Gibson in The Year of Living Dangerously, or the writers that Paul Fussell describes in his wonderful book Abroad: British Literary Traveling between the Wars. The key difference, I hope, is that I don't approach Korea as merely exotic, or with a colonialist attitude. I figure that you can be a modern liberal and still look dashing in a trenchcoat.

Very nice. The slightly visible color contrast offered by the lighter-toned socks really makes the outfit. (Or are you sockless there? Well, that's a contrast, too.)

Thanks - we bought the seeds at scarborough fair.

But you are correct in your guesses, all are growing back there.

The fabric is a Dormeuil cotton, the PS is the Hermes "Alphabet" print.

It seems the pants are a little high rise? Nice color though.
