I am ever more tempted by Panerais but do they do one that is not enormous? Like 40mm or less?
As for the Panerai, they do have 40mm girl sizes in the Luminor but I woud suggest that you consider the Radiomir.

I quite like the Orange actually. My personal favourite will always be the sandwich dials I think
I understand what it's trying to do. But colored Luminova to fake a vintage look is pretty sad IMO.
