i have mine(thrift find) sun bleached, similar to the foster thing.

with blue polish, they have a chocolate brown hue...

will make pics, when i get them back from routine maintenance.

You got me, they are MTO but not specified by me. I was not in the right condition to be ordering MTO shoes when these were made, ~40-60 years ago.

Looking forward to seeing pics of the result as I was thinking of trying something like that, although it would likely involve acetone or other agents to strip some colour in certain areas and speed up the process.
