Can anyone help me out with a couple jackets?
I'm looking for a black leather jacket like the Perfecto one from Schott I'm on a budget though are there any under 200 with the similiar style?
Also a hooded peacoat preferably navy around the same price range.

A belt that goes with this please. I'd be wearing casual chinos or khaki shorts, and either a plain colored t-shirt or untucked dress shirt with the sleeves folded up of course wearing with no socks

Intuitively, I wouldn't think that brown would go well with those blue shoes. The white I can see going very well but the brown just seemed a bit odd in my mind?
